The little tricks and products that help take your look from day to shoot/ night out ready
VICTORIA BECKHAM BEAUTY | Satin Kajal Liner - Fig With Sharpener
We used fig to trace over where we applied cinnamon for your day look but you could use any of VB’s colors- Copper, Navy, Olive would all be amazing on you. Intensify at outer corners with that skinny Maybelline liner if you want to take it up a notch more
BOBBI BROWN | Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick - Dusty Mauve
I like this for defining your lower lashes while still keeping the eye open (it’s got pearl in it to add light). It would also be gorgeous on you all over lid from lashline to just below crease. Finish with your Merit Midcentury washed in that windshield wiper motion into and slightly above crease to make eye appear deeper and taller. Remember how we buff in small circles then finish with a little flick of the brush up and out.
Love this for you applied with a big fluffy brush. Stipple or pat then swoosh to blend, working in small downward circles UP the cheek. Does that make sense? Also try the Maiden shade- it’s a beautiful slightly more pinky brown that would also be super pretty as a one-and-done shadow for you across lids up through creases. Apply your merit over the top or under- doesn’t matter how you get to the party. Clean up too strong blush with a touch of your foundation or concealer on a damp beauty blender
I like the solid formula and little scrubby mat- makes cleaning your brushes and sponges easy on the go too. Make sure and get your water nice and warm and use your hand as a bowl so only the bristles not the metal part of the brush (where the glue is) get wet.
Nice brush for powder that’s small enough you can target specific areas like t zone/ sides of nose and top of forehead and leave shine down center of nose and on cheeks so you have a controlled glow
